Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing Teddybase, the account portal, the analytics dashboard, or the automation service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use it
The Service is private. Accounts are created by the operator and given only to people they invite. You must be at least 16, keep your credentials to yourself, and you are responsible for everything done under your account. We may suspend or delete any account, at any time, for any reason or none.
3. What you consent to
By using the Service you consent to all of the following:
- The collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Access by the operator to any data you store in, or connect to, the Service — including data reached through connected Google accounts — for the purposes of running, maintaining, debugging and fixing it.
- Automations you configure acting on your behalf against the accounts you connect, with the permissions you granted them.
- The Service, its features, its data and its availability changing or ending at any time, without notice and without any obligation to keep, export or restore your data.
- Transactional email from us relating to your account, such as sign-in alerts and password resets.
4. Connected Google accounts
Where you connect a Google account, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to connect it, and you authorise the Service to act on it within the scopes you approve. You may revoke this at any time in the Service or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You remain bound by Google's own terms in your use of those accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You will not:
- break the law, or use the Service to help anyone else do so;
- attack, overload, scan or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or the systems behind it;
- share your account with people who were not invited;
- use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, or to store or move content you have no right to.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. There is no uptime commitment, no support commitment, and no guarantee that data will be retained, backed up or recoverable. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — even if warned it was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service (which is normally nothing) and €50.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and transmit it in order to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to put that data there in the first place.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may end your access at any time. On termination, your data may be deleted immediately.
10. Changes
These Terms can change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute goes to the competent courts there.
