Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Short version. Teddybase is a private service run by one person for their own use and a handful of invited people. It is provided as-is, with no guarantees of any kind. If you use it, you accept these terms and everything they allow — including that things may break, change, or disappear without notice.

1. Agreement

By accessing Teddybase, the account portal, the analytics dashboard, or the automation service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use it

The Service is private. Accounts are created by the operator and given only to people they invite. You must be at least 16, keep your credentials to yourself, and you are responsible for everything done under your account. We may suspend or delete any account, at any time, for any reason or none.

3. What you consent to

By using the Service you consent to all of the following:

4. Connected Google accounts

Where you connect a Google account, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to connect it, and you authorise the Service to act on it within the scopes you approve. You may revoke this at any time in the Service or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You remain bound by Google's own terms in your use of those accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. There is no uptime commitment, no support commitment, and no guarantee that data will be retained, backed up or recoverable. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — even if warned it was possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service (which is normally nothing) and €50.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and transmit it in order to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to put that data there in the first place.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may end your access at any time. On termination, your data may be deleted immediately.

10. Changes

These Terms can change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute goes to the competent courts there.
